I thought this was funny. If you don’t think it’s funny then you probably don’t know what VEERP is or you’re probably the CO.

In case you don’t know, VEERP means Voluntary Enlisted Early Release Program. It’s a MARADMIN for non-motivators so that they can get out up to 90 days early. I put the link up in the “A Few Good Links” section.

In today’s comic, this particular company’s building went on fire, most likely from natural causes, and destroyed the Corporal’s chance from getting out 90 days early with terminal leave on top of that.
